Compassion Fatigue is real, and will cause you to hurt yourself or others. You feel yourself in a perpetual game of “catch up”, borrowing energy from the next day. You have to recharge your light so you CAN keep going!
Being too busy to take a moment for yourself and God, I believe comes from the need to control all things in your life. It not only traps you, but also pushes the people you care about most away. It’s time to truly LET GOD DRIVE and watch the miracles pour in!

God doesn’t want us to give up! When things get hard,
He wants you to:
Come to Him
Trust Him
Wait on His next instruction
To get there can be a real struggle sometimes. So first, we have to… BE STILL AND KNOW...
KNOW that He already has a plan
KNOW that you don’t have to figure this out on your own
KNOW that He sees you, and your struggles, He‘s holding you in His hands.
KNOW you were “beautifully and wonderfully made... with purpose, on purpose”
He doesn’t want us to worry or walk in fear,
He wants us to BE AT REST in His presence,
AS we persevere!

God calls us to Be Still, but for some of us that can feel like an impossible feat! The world is so loud, constant, and demanding.
Our long list of responsibilities can make us feel like the moment we stop, or even slow down… everything will fall apart.
Then what? Do you keep pushing? Giving up isn’t an option! Stopping means someone else doesn’t get their needs met!
Don’t slow down... just keep pushing harder no matter what!... Right?!
What if I told you that mindset can kill you.... whether you’re aware of it or not?!
Nowadays, Still Time with God doesn’t happen on it’s own… you have to be intentional about it. Luckily you found the right room to help!

It’s about getting to a completly quiet, empty mind… Like soaking in “still waters”.
